David J. O'Keefe practices in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions as well as banking and commercial lending. He represents businesses as well as residential, commercial and industrial developers in acquisitions and sales and in leasing and financing transactions. He represents a number of banks in documenting and closing commercial mortgages and other secured loans and with respect to intercreditor issues, participations, workouts and foreclosures.
David is primarily responsible for servicing the real estate tax needs of the firm's clientele and coordinating real estate tax protests at all levels with our co-counsel. David holds a law degree from Loyola University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
