Gina Kempf practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and corporate transactions, and real estate brokerage law. Gina advises clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions and drafts and reviews documents on issues relating to purchase and sale, financing, leasing, and development of real estate. Gina also assists real estate brokerage firms, landlords, tenants, and developers in transactional matters and throughout all stages of litigation.
Gina worked as a law clerk for Schain Banks during law school. She earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago school of law with concentrations in transactional and tax law. In law school, she was an active member of the Business Law Society and Women’s Law Society.
