Max Kavy practices in the commercial litigation group at Schain Banks. Max assists clients in all stages of litigation and enjoys counseling them on the issues of the day. Max was a law clerk at Schain Banks for most of his law school career.
At Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Max received a Certificate in Advocacy and was a Student Articles Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
Max’s interests include English and Russian History, as well as constitutional law and civil procedure. Max played college football at the University of Missouri – Columbia.
