Thomas J.K. Schick

Thomas Schick practices in our Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

He focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, and municipal litigation. During law school, Thomas worked as a law clerk for Schain Banks.

Thomas represents clients in both state and federal court litigation. He has experience drafting and defending briefs at various stages of litigation.

Thomas received his J.D. from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. During law school, he participated in Moot Court, winning the 2017 Loyola Intraschool Moot Court Competition. He also represented Loyola as a member of the Andrews Kurth Moot Court National Championship Competition team where he and his partner were quarterfinalists. Additionally, Thomas served as the News Editor for the Loyola Consumer Law Review and was a student extern for a judge on the Illinois Appellate Court.
