Benjamin T. Weber

Ben Weber practices in our commercial litigation and zoning departments. Ben has experience drafting and defending briefs at various stages of litigation. He has also handled various zoning projects in the City of Chicago and in suburban communities. Prior to joining Schain Banks, Ben gained litigation experience in Chicago handling commercial litigation and insurance matters, as well as matters involving the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Act.

Ben went to law school at Loyola University in Chicago, receiving Dean’s List honors all six semesters. He was the Publications Editor on the Loyola Consumer Law Review and clerked in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, drafting appellate briefs for the State.
