David J. O’Keefe practices in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions and commercial lending. He represents businesses and residential, commercial and industrial developers in acquisitions and sales and leasing and financing transactions. He represents a number of banks in documenting and closing commercial mortgage and other secured loans as well as intercreditor issues, participations, workouts and foreclosures.
David is primarily responsible for servicing the real estate tax needs of the firm’s clientele and coordinating real estate tax protests at all levels with our co-counsel. He holds a law degree from Loyola University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
