Marty J. Schwartz has devoted his entire legal career, dating back to 1980, to practicing law in the areas of business and commercial litigation, including business break-ups, breach of contract, fraud and other business torts, real estate and construction litigation, and employment disputes.

Because he has practiced in the same areas of law for so many years, Marty is able to handle cases more effectively by focusing on those motions and discovery that advance the overall strategy of the case and on trial tactics that are most likely to be triumphant. Marty’s extensive experience as well as his relentless and aggressive style have contributed to his remarkable success as a litigator.

Prior to joining Schain Banks in 2011, Marty worked at his own law firm, Marty J. Schwartz, P.C. established in 1991.
