Richard Golab practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, loan documentation, transactional law, business law and community association law, which includes the acquisition, sale and leasing of new and existing commercial and residential developments. Mr. Golab drafts, reviews and negotiates all of the documents involved in these transactions including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and loan documents for office buildings, shopping centers and retail and residential developments.

He also has extensive experience with the purchase, sale and leasing of residential apartment complexes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Golab served as general counsel for a large commercial real estate developer
