Tyler’s practice focuses on land use, zoning, licensing, incentives and government relations in Chicago and the surrounding municipalities. He has extensive experience working on a broad range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects with the City of Chicago and suburban plan commissions, liquor commissions, zoning and economic development committees, zoning boards of appeals, city councils, and village boards in all matters related to land use and zoning.

His clients range from property and business owners to developers, lenders, and investors. Tyler also handles commercial litigation, construction disputes, and creditor’s rights for his clients. He has successfully represented clients that include small to mid-size business owners, commercial real estate owners and brokers, financial institutions, developers, contractors, receivers, property managers and condominium associations
